20 May will be National Agricultural and Food Biodiversity Day.
The Maremma Food Community is organising a public event on Wednesday 20 May, which will take place from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm at the Maremma Natural History Museum, in Piazza Pacciardi, Grosseto.
Thursday 21st at 6.30 pm: “Documentaries for the Planet” at the media library, in Via Chiasso delle Monache, Grosseto, in collaboration with the Clorofilla Film Festival, Agridoc, Legambiente, Festambiente Aps and Kansassiti. The following films will be screened: “How to Feed the Planet” by Francesco De Augustinis and “Conoscere, coltivare, custodire”, a documentary produced by Ccibo Maremma that recounts the association’s commitment to protecting agri-food biodiversity and promoting a local network among custodian farmers, schools and research centres.
In addition, at the Comunità del Cibo della Maremma, in the Enaoli area of Rispescia, the InPact project’s listening points will be open: an opportunity to share needs, ideas and innovations and actively contribute to the rural development of the area, according to the following schedule:
